Jerome Schlafer | Structural Yoga: Create Your Flexibility Reference
Beginning a yoga practice to reduce stress and anxiety or to improve your overall physical health seems like an easy step to take… until you are confronted with all of the different types of yoga classes available.
Hatha? Vinyasa Flow? What is Yin? I thought YOGA was just YOGA!
This class will:
- Give you tools for physical self assessment of your body through gentle, structural yoga movements.
- Provide guidance for your next steps (and classes) to take, based upon your experience during the assessment.
- Allow time for you to ask questions and get answers about yoga and how to start your practice, or build upon your current fitness routine.
