Heather Suri | Self Care for the Sandwich Generation
What’s the Sandwich Generation? Those of us who have both dependent children AND aging parents or grandparents! Juggling baby bottles and baby boomers are common problems we face each day. How can you provide care to those you love without losing yourself (or at least your mind) in the process?
This session will discuss:
The unique stressors people experience when they are juggling the needs of dependent children and their aging parents.
The potential impact of that stress on the mind, body, and/or spirit.
Effective solutions for the Sandwich Generation.
