Dianna Baltimore | Health and Wellness from the Inside-Out

If you want to get your health back on track (from the inside-out) without moving mountains to do so, then this session is for you. Dianna will share the three mistakes people make that sabotage their health and well-being.  She will also teach you how to avoid pitfalls so that you can feel better, have more energy, and have an overall better attitude to tackle any life challenges that come your way.

 

Dianna Baltimore is a Consultant for Arbonne International, a health and wellness company based upon botanical principles that focus on skincare, bath and body, make-up, and nutrition products.

In addition to overseeing her Arbonne business, Dianna has been actively engaged in health and fitness pursuits for over 20 years as a Swim Coach/Instructor and Personal Trainer. As a Swim Coach/Instructor who trained under two Olympic Coaches, Dianna is experienced in helping individuals in the areas of proper swim stroke and swim technique. As a Personal Trainer, Dianna is experienced in helping individuals in the areas of spinning, body sculpting, weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, stress management, and total body conditioning for a lifetime of healthy activities.

Dianna earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Sacramento State University and has the following professional certifications: American Red Cross CPR/First Aid, Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor, Life Guard Instructor, Pool Operator’s, Level 2 USA Swimming Coaches Association, and Russian Kettlebells. Dianna is also currently working on her Health Coach certification with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Make-Up certification.

Dianna is an accomplished all-around athlete having completed three marathons and one triathlon climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Whitney, cycled in over 30 century bike races, competed in three-day horse events at the Junior National level, participated in crew and field hockey at the Division 1 collegiate level, and skied all over U.S./Canada/European mountain ranges.
